RETURN POLICY

THANN is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days.
If you are returning a merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
If you would like an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping charges associated with delivering the new product.


DAMAGED ITEMS/ WRONG PRODUCT

When your order arrives, please inspect your shipment for any damages. if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Please provide your name, order number and email address for faster service. If order is returned due to wrong address provided or unclaimed pacakge, you are responsible for the re-shipping fees.
If you decide to cancel your order, your account will be charged the original shipping charges and the free shipping offer will not apply. Return shipping fees are not refundable. This includes damaged items and wrong product
