RETURN POLICY Thann.ca is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days. If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges that have already been incurred. If you would like an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with delivering the new product
