In support of its objective to promote recruitment to the heavy construction industry and encourage educational development, the National Capital Heavy Construction Association has contributed to endowment funds at Algonquin College, La Cité Collégiale and Carleton University.

The interest generated on the principal amount allows the institutions to award the bursaries to deserving students in the heavy construction industry.
