Bursary Program

NCHCA Bursary Program

Submit your bursary application by August 31, 2025, for a chance to receive one of three $2,500 bursaries from NCHCA. These bursaries support the industry’s recruitment efforts and educational development and are available to eligible member-employees and their children. The awards include the Presidents Award, Board of Directors Award, and Women in Construction Award. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing courses related to the heavy construction industry.

We encourage you to print, download and share the Bursary Flyer and information with your colleagues.

Application requirements (documents may be uploaded through the online application form)

  • completed application form
  • transcripts of previous scholastic results
  • evidence of university or college enrollment
  • two letters of reference attesting to personal attributes

An employee of an NCHCA member, or the child of a person who works for an NCHCA member, registered full-time at a Canadian post-secondary institution, and
entering at least the second year of an undergraduate program or the first year of a graduate program.
